èƵ Me
Born and raised in the scenic city of Dehradun, I moved to Delhi with my family in 2013 and have called it home ever since. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and completed a certificate course in Hospitality Management simultaneously, reflecting my dual interest in business and people-centric service.
I began my career in the hospitality industry, working in guest relations at some of Delhi’s elite hotels. This foundation in high-standard customer service and interpersonal communication laid the groundwork for my transition into the EdTech sector. Most recently, I served as a Senior Partner Client Manager, where I was responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with university partners, streamlining operational workflows, and guiding internal teams.
In this role, I focused on optimizing application processes, ensuring accuracy in daily operations, and training teams to meet performance benchmarks. My journey across industries has shaped me into a versatile professional who values relationship-building, operational excellence, and team collaboration.
What I Love èƵ Kent State
What I truly love about Kent State University is its strong sense of community and commitment to student success. From day one, it’s clear that Kent State isn’t just an institution—it’s a place where people genuinely care. The university fosters an environment that values diversity, encourages innovation, and supports personal and professional growth—not only for students but for staff as well. Being a part of Kent State University is a merit in itself.
Fun Facts
I absolutely love water—even though I never actually learned how to swim!
Travel is one of my biggest passions, and it played a surprising (and exciting) role in my decision to join Kent State University.
I’m a dog lover. If there’s a dog in the room, chances are I’m already on the floor playing with it.
Cooking is one of my favorite creative outlets—though I admit, I enjoy it more as a hobby than a daily task.
