Dave Kraft moved from his home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to McDowell Hall to begin his freshman year at Kent State University in 1987. Kelvin Mancebo dreams of the day when he is an air traffic controller. As a senior at Kent State University, Mancebo is majoring in aeronautics with a minor in aircraft dispatch. The grand opening of Kent State University鈥檚 new Integrated Sciences Building will be held Sept. 15 from 2:30-5 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. More than 500 Kent State University volunteers are preparing to welcome incoming freshmen to the Kent Campus tomorrow morning.
