We are deeply saddened by news of the passing of former U.S. Rep. Steve LaTourette.  He was a champion of the communities he served, including the Kent State University campuses at Ashtabula and Geauga as well as our Twinsburg Academic Center. Richard Feinberg, Department of Anthropology, Cathleen Pyrek (a recent Kent State master’s graduate), and Alexander Mawyer (University of Hawai'i at Manoa) guest-edited a special issue of Structure and Dynamics, an online open-access journal hosted by the University of California.
