Planning campus events just got easier. University Events & Conference Services (UECS) has launched Mazévo, a new online scheduling portal designed to simplify the way Kent State faculty and staff request event-related services. Through the new system, users can submit one streamlined request for event space, tech support, parking, catering and more. Training sessions—both in-person and virtual—will be announced in the coming days. In the meantime, UECS staff are available to provide individual walkthroughs or support as needed.
